Media 10 events are designed primarily for industry professionals, but may also include consumer audiences. You may be required to provide proof of your professional or relevant interest, such as business documentation, upon entry.

Registration & Badges

  • All attendees — including visitors, exhibitors, press, speakers — must be registered for the current show and hold a valid badge.
  • Badges must be worn at all times and must not be shared. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and exclusion from future Media 10 events.
  • Anyone found to have obtained a badge by deception or misuse may be asked to leave immediately.

Visitor Eligibility

  • Visitors must have a business-related interest in stone, surfaces, architecture, design, construction or associated industries.
  • Media 10 reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not meet the trade criteria.

Identification

  • Attendees should carry photo identification (passport, driving licence or equivalent). Event organisers may request ID at any time.

Conduct at the Event

  • Canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations or any behaviour that disrupts business activity is not permitted.
  • Non-exhibiting companies must not solicit business from exhibitors or visitors on the show floor or within the venue.
  • Media 10 reserves the right to remove anyone whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

Samples

  • Samples may only be taken with the express permission of the exhibitor and are intended for professional evaluation purposes only.
  • The organisers reserve the right to confiscate any samples obtained inappropriately.

Press Attendance

  • Press badges are restricted to journalists, editors, photographers, broadcasters and content creators working within relevant industries.
  • Press applicants may be required to provide accreditation (press card, letter from editor, published work or official website).
  • Applications from advertising sales or media sales personnel will not be accepted.

Photography & Filming

  • Official photographers and videographers will be present at the event.
  • Media 10 may use images or footage taken at the show for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • If you do not wish to appear in photography or video, please contact the event team in advance with the subject line: [Show Name] – DO NOT USE MY IMAGE

Accessibility & Safety

  • Pushchairs and buggies are not permitted in the exhibition halls.
  • All attendees must comply with venue safety regulations at all times.

Student Attendance

  • Students may only attend as part of an approved Media 10 student programme or with prior written permission from the event team.
  • Individual student entry is not permitted unless part of an official scheme. Please see more information here.

Right of Admission

  • Media 10 reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the event, anyone who does not comply with this policy or who the organisers reasonably believe may breach event rules or regulations.
