What is the Stone & Surfaces Show?

The Stone & Surfaces Show is the UK’s premier trade event dedicated to natural stone, engineered surfaces and related materials. The show brings together architects, designers, specifiers, fabricators, suppliers and manufacturers to showcase products, services, innovations and technologies shaping the built environment.

When and where is the show taking place?

Stone & Surfaces Show 2026 runs from 12–14 May 2026 at ExCeL London.

Is the show open to the public?

No — this is a trade-only event. Entry is free, but all visitors must register in advance and hold a valid trade badge.

How do I register to attend?

You can register for your free trade pass, by clicking here.

Do I need to register before arriving?

Yes. All visitors must register before attending to receive their badge. Badges must be worn at all times on site.

Who can attend the Stone & Surfaces Show?

The show is open to trade professionals with a business interest in stone, engineered surfaces, architecture, design, fabrication, construction or related sectors.

Is there a fee to attend?

No — trade registration is free, but you must register and collect your badge.

At the Show

What are the show opening times?

  • Tuesday 12 May: 10:00 – 17:00
  • Wednesday 13 May: 10:00 – 17:00
  • Thursday 14 May: 10:00 – 16:00

Can I bring colleagues to the show?

Yes — each colleague must register individually and have their own trade badge to enter.

Will there be refreshments on site?

Yes — there are cafes and food outlets throughout ExCeL London. Popcorn will also be available at the Surfaces Cinema.

Is there a programme of talks and seminars?

Yes. The show features a comprehensive seminar programme including Main Stage talks, Architects Theatre sessions, Surfaces Cinema screenings, case studies and panel discussions. Details are available on our website.

For Exhibitors

How can I exhibit at the show?

Visit our Exhibit section to request a floor plan and speak to a member of the team about stand space, pricing and options. Exhibitor enquiries can also be directed to:

When will exhibitor information be available?

Once you’ve expressed interest, a member of the team will be in touch with pricing, floor plan locations and next steps within 48 hours of your enquiry.

What support is provided to exhibitors?

Exhibitors have access to the Exhibitor Zone where they can download manuals, order stand services, manage profiles, upload product media, and access promotional assets.

Where is the venue located?

ExCeL London. One Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Dock, London, E16 1XL, UK

How do I get to ExCeL London?

  • Elizabeth Line: Direct to Custom House station
  • DLR: Custom House / Prince Regent stations
  • By Car: Access via the A13 with on-site parking
  • By Air: London City Airport (~10 mins away)

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. ExCeL London offers step-free access, accessible toilets, and assistance services. If you require support during your visit, please contact the venue or show team in advance.

Badges & Entry Policy

Do I need to bring ID?

Yes. You may be asked to show photo ID at registration or on entry (driver’s licence, passport, company card).

Can I share my badge?

No. Badges are issued to individuals and must not be shared. Anyone found using a badge not assigned to them may be refused entry.

Are children allowed?

No. Attendance is restricted to students aged 18 and over. Children are not permitted at the event.

Photography & Media

Will photos or videos be taken at the event?

Yes. Official photographers and videographers will be documenting the show. Images and footage may be used in marketing and promotional materials for future events. If you do not wish to appear, please contact the press team: 📧 pr@stoneandsurfacesshow.com

Can I take my own photos?

Yes, for personal or business use — as long as you respect exhibitor IP and do not disrupt others. Commercial photography may require consent from exhibitors or organisers.

Are there nearby hotels or accommodation?

Yes. ExCeL London is surrounded by multiple hotel options. We recommend booking early to secure the best rates.

Is there Wi‑Fi at the venue?

Yes. Free Wi‑Fi is available throughout ExCeL London.
